One of Tanzania’s assets is its coastline. The Indian Ocean encircles some 800 kilometres of coastline, which on the one hand provides the country with a very important maritime link to key markets and at the same time is very attractive for tourism and recreational development.
We are currently in the process of buying up oceanfront land. Our intention is to develop 20-50 houses or apartments for sale to end users. We are also planning a hotel at the resort to cater to the discerning clientele not only from the world but especially from Tanzania itself.
